Bieger, Warren
Warren is Chief Executive Officer for Frog, Switch. He has taken on the responsibility and challenge of leading our organization by providing his extensive experience in the foundry business and applying his vast knowledge of proven business practices.

Ruth, Darrell
Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer.
In 2003 Darrell joined the Frog, Switch team as Controller. In August 2004 Darrell became our Chief Financial Officer. Before coming to Frog, Switch, Darrell worked as an independent auditor. Hunting, fishing, and camping are among Darrell's interests.

Walters, Bill
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Being a part of Frog, Switch since 1974 has given Bill years of experience in our sales and marketing department. As Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Bill has made the commitment to the development and advancement of our product line and the challenge this presents. Bill enjoys traveling, Nascar racing, and spending time with his family.

Baldwin, Tony
As Director of Product Engineering, Tony and his team of designers use their engineering skills to provide technical support to both manufacturing and the sales team. Product designs and casting production drawings are generated using CAD software. Tony has been with Frog, Switch for over 25 years. He enjoys the variety that his job offers and the opportunity to work with others in a team environment In his leisure time Tony enjoys watching Nascar racing, camping, and restoring antique farm tractors.

Holt, Mike
Director of Quality Assurance / Chief Metallurgist
Mike rejoined the Frog, Switch team in 2001. His interests include golf, reading, and family activities. Mike "intends to bring to Frog, Switch the ability to maintain a leadership role in the crusher industry by providing the highest quality, longest lasting and most cost effective crusher castings in the market place. Frog, Switch's patented WearWolf¨ family of Mn steel alloys will become the Industry's standard measure of excellence. Also, our expansion into other alloys will broaden Frog's customer base and strengthen it's position in the foundry industry."

Gibbs, Daniel
Safety Director, Environmental Manager
Daniel joined the Frog, Switch team as Maintenance Planner about two years ago and is now the Safety Director, Environmental Manager. His interests include computers, reading, and cars. His mantra? "Never a dull moment, here at Frog Switch."

Basson, Alf
Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing
Alf had recently joined the Frog, Switch staff as Director, Aggregate Southeast. Alf is married with three children and is located in North Carolina. Alf says that "It is an absolute joy to join a company that puts customer service as one of the most important quality aspects of its organization."

Hurley, Kim
Kim is our Manager, OEM Sales. She has been with Frog, Switch since 1995. She likes working with the customers and her co-workers. Gardening and cooking are among her favorite things besides her two children!

Diehl, Beth
Beth is our Sales Coordinator. She enjoys the "interesting challenges" she faces every day. An avid gardener, Beth also enjoys antique shopping. 

Losh, Sue
Sue is our Manager, Human Resources Administration & Benefits and provides support and expertise for our Human Resources, Safety & Environmental department.  Sue is responsible for many aspects of human resources such as payroll, insurance benefits, hiring, company events and much more.

Hofer, Chris
Maintenance Superintendent
Chris has joined the Frog, Switch team as Maintenance Superintendent.  Chris brings his electrical expertise and mechanical knowledge to our maintenance department.  His leadership will provide achieving our goal of having a "top notch" maintenance department.

Kaskisto, Dale
Northern Regional Sales Manager
As Northern Regional Sales Manager for Frog Switch, Dale covers the Minnesota Iron Range, surrounding states and central Canada. His career in the mining and crushing industries began at the White Pine Copper Company and Inland Steel Mining Company’s (now Mittal Steel) Minorca Mine. Most recently he held sales and service positions with Svedala Industries and FFE Minerals. Dale’s hobbies include fishing for Walleye and camping with his wife Bonnie. They have four grown children, are grandparents and own a golden retriever (Baylee) and a cat (Roxie).

Barnes, Larry
Midwestern Regional Sales Manager
A 14-year veteran of aggregate & the heavy equipment industry, Larry started with Frog in November 2007. He was formerly with PowerMotive, a Frog Switch dealer in Colorado. Larry’s territory includes Colorado, New Mexico, Nebraska, Wyoming South Dakota and Utah. A native of Colorado, Larry, his wife Carolyn and son Ryan live in Canon City. Larry enjoys golf and outdoor activities with his family.

Craft, Mike
Western Regional Sales Manager
As Western Regional Sales Manager, Mike handles Frog Switch sales in the West, including setting up and working with new distributors/dealers. A resident of French Valley, California, Mike's 25 years in the aggregate industry began in sales at Martin Sales Engineering. Over the years, Mike has held various positions as a product specialist, territory manager and sales manager, concentrating on aggregate and mining industries with emphasis on manganese steel. He and his wife have two grown children, three grandchildren and two dogs, Sydney and Chandler. In his free time, Mike enjoys golf and boating on the Colorado River.
