Frog, Switch supplies a full line of manganese steel castings for all types and manufacturers of crushers. From the early designed machines through today's most modern high speed machines and from your largest Gyratory to your smallest cone crusher, Frog, Switch can meet most of your wear parts needs. Our family of patterns is continually growing. We offer the industry standard designs as well as many specialized designs to maximize liner life.

Crusher Parts Design is not always the answer to extended liner life. Over the years, Frog, Switch has developed several manganese steel specifications to enhance liner performance. Along with our standard 12% to 14% manganese specification, we offer an 18% grade and our premium grade Supertech 24 which is a 24% high manganese steel.

With Supertech 24 we are able to raise the carbon content without embrittling the casting. The slip planes in manganese steel create the flow - the carbon acts as a pin to slow this movement, therefore increasing the liner wear life.

We are proud to introduce WearWolf®, a revolutionary alloy developed by Frog, Switch engineers and metallurgists. WearWolf® is a new generation of manganese steel wear parts that field tests show exceeds the wear life of standard manganese by an average of 40%.
